Many have had these experiences which is why finding the right artist for a game is so important.

And it’s not just about beauty either, it’s also about:

• Communicating the appropriate tone and aesthetic of your game - Exploding Kittens and 7 Wonders have vastly different art styles for a reason.

  
  

• Building a strong brand around your game - There’s a reason you can look at some digital paintings and think “That’s a Magic the Gathering art style”

After parsing through hundreds of resumes, we selected a handful of candidates to move forward to the interview stage.

Making the Offer

Although it was a tough decision as each candidate we interviewed immensely talented and brought something unique to the table - there was a stand out!
